Oh, boy - it has been a year. No one will challenge that 2020 has been quite the ride. But, here at Impekable, we’re sticking through it and fighting the good fight. We can all only hope that the coming year brings us some well-needed respite from the duress. That being said, it is never too early to begin planning our festivities for 2021!
With the pandemic in mind, many couples have turned to some creative conversations - looking for new ways to transform their celebrations to preserve the safety of their guests and the magic of their events. Let’s take a look at what's trending in the Wedding World for 2021:

Not only are these a stylish food item (uh, is there anything classier than a charcuterie board?), they’re perfect for smaller, down-sized weddings.
They offer convenient, individualized portions without the hassle (and contamination-risk) of buffet-style dining. You can get creative with presentation methods and add an elegant twist to your dishes. Pair them with some mini mason-jars for sauce and dippings, some bamboo-wood boards, and you’ve got a dining experience like no other!
